Typical South African accommodation includes luxury hotels and some wonderful affordable bed & breakfast lodges.
People from Tzaneen consider their climate to be the best in South Africa. It is situated just below the High Veld (approx. 1000 metres above sea level) and in the summer temperatures are typically above 30C and usually accompanied by an afternoon thunderstorm. In the lower areas north of Tzaneen the temperatures remain fairly hot all year with a more even rainfall. This is a great place to visit all year round.
